A little beauty

I brought this for my daughter, who happens to be a keen foodie, so for her first knife I chose the “Thomas”, we’ve owned restaurants and cafes so are familiar with what a good knife should be. I almost kept this for myself-beautifully balanced and a great sharp knife edge- loved the look and feel. Bonus it’s from Tauranga. I would not hesitate in buying one of these
