Nakiri Knife

Gabriel makes chopping feel comfortable. This Nakiri style is a top-rated Japanese-style vegetable knife. It's a stunning blade that is comfortable on the chopping board.

A double bevel edge and thin blade make Gabriel incredible for chopping and dicing vegetables. It's also great to use on boneless meats as well.
Gabriel provides a little more clearance for the knuckles of your knife hand when cutting. The surface helps guide the blade down the knuckles when tap chopping, push or pull cutting. Scraping your vegetables together off the board is also easy with the extra blade surface. Gabriel is a stunning knife that complements our Handyman, Ezekiel, The One & Tom Petty perfectly.

Our mineral oil is the perfect product to protect carbon steel from oxidation.

Well worth the wait.

I have been waiting a long time to get my hands on this knife and it was well worth the wait. Prefect for vegetables, nice balance and look forward to adding to the set as stock comes back on stream.
