We understand that it can be hard to know if something is right until you use it. If you buy one of our knives and then decide it's not for you (very unlikely), then return it to us, and we will refund you the purchase price. We will be happy to accept the knife back (with open arms) as long as the care instructions have been followed. The knife/product must be returned in its original packaging and cannot be broken or damaged.
We will judge the condition of the product once it has been returned. The 7-day period begins from the moment the knife is delivered to your doorstep. The customer must return the product at their own cost. This policy applies only to direct online sales. (Purchases made from stockists or at events are not included.)

Our Return Process

To begin the process, fill out the form below. You will need to return the knife/product back to us at your own cost.

You must include in the box the following information: The Name The Order Was Made With, Order Number & Your E-mail.

Once the knife has been returned to our store, we will assess it and then process the refund. The refund can take up to 7days from when we receive the product back in our warehouse.
