It can be hard to know if something is right until you use it. If you buy one of our knives and decide it's not for you (very unlikely), send it back and we'll refund the purchase price. We'll happily accept the knife back (with open arms) as long as:

  • It's returned in its original packaging
  • It's not broken or damaged
  • You've followed our care instructions. (Rust damage counts as miscare and voids the return)
  • The knife hasn't been engraved or personalised

We'll check the knife over when it arrives back to make sure everything's in order. The 7-day window starts from the moment the knife lands on your doorstep, and you'll need to cover the return postage.

This policy applies to knives only. Not wood products, leather sheaths, honing rods, or any other accessories. Online orders only. Purchases made from stockists or at events are not included.

Include in the box: The name on the order, your order number, and your email.

Once we've got the knife back and checked it over, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Allow up to 2 weeks for it to show on your statement.
