Terms & Conditions

We understand that it can be hard to know if something is right until you use it. If you buy one of our knives then decided its not for you (very unlikely), Then return it to us and we will refund you the purchase price.  We will be happy to accept the knife back (with open arms) as long as the care instructions have been followed. The knife/product must be returned in its original packaging and cannot be broken or damaged. The judgement of condition will be made by us once the product has been returned. The 7 days begins from the moment the knife is delivered to your doorstep. The customer must return the product back to us at their own cost. This policy is only on direct online sales. (Purchases made from stockists or at events are not included.)

Once the knife has been returned to our store, we will assess it and then process the refund. The refund can take up to 7days from when we receive the product back in our warehouse.
