Warranty

This 2 year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for your Cain & Abel product. This begins from the date your order leaves our warehouse. What is not covered is rust damage & breakage due to the neglectful care of the owner. We will review this upon the request of the warranty. Your warranty period lasts two years from the date of purchase.

Our (2024 made)Chopping Slabs also come with a 2 year warranty. With the same conditions as our knives. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for your Cain & Abel product. What is not covered is damage & breakage due to the forceful care of the owner. We will review this upon the request of the warranty.

Our Warranty Process

The knife/product must be returned to us for a full inspection. If we deem the product faulty, we will replace/credit the total purchase price of the product back to the owner. If we believe the product has been poorly cared for, resulting in the product's defect, the warrant will be void, and the product will not be covered. The product will be returned to the owner in its current state.
