Bold, balanced, and beautifully hammered. Noah is the versatile kiri cleaver that slices big and small with rhythm and style.
Noah is more than just a cleaver, it's the smart tool you never knew you needed. With an 18 cm blade that blends a broad cleaver base and a sharp, pointed tip, it’s designed for chopping, mincing, slicing, and handling larger veggies like cabbage or pumpkin. It's still nimble enough for detail tasks like garlic, ginger, or onion prep.
Inspired by traditional Chinese kiri cleavers, Noah gets a modern twist. The finely pointed tip adds flexibility and control. The bold rocker edge helps you work rhythmically and efficiently.
Each Noah features our stunning beaten carbon-steel finish and custom-designed handle. That hammered texture isn’t just for show—it’s a labour-intensive process that highlights real craftsmanship and gives each knife unique character.
Whether you’re tackling meal prep or powering through a big BBQ prep session, Noah brings balance, power, and beauty to every chop.
This cleaver is not made for cutting through bones or frozen meat and must not be used on them.

Common Questions
What Is Carbon Steel?
Carbon steel is a type of metal made mostly from iron and a small amount of carbon. That carbon makes the steel harder, which means it can be sharpened to a very fine edge and stay sharp for longer. It's not stainless, so it can rust if left wet. With simple care, it lasts a long time and cuts really well. That’s why carbon steel is often used in high-quality knives.
