Jonathan

$115.00

A slender paring styled knife. A great multi-purpose tool that allows you to work on and off the chopping board. A real asset when it comes to trimming fat, peeling fruit and segmenting citrus. As a thinner blade to our Tom Petty, it grants you the ability to get into those tight areas around bones or the skin of the fruit.

Perfect size

Bigger than a paring knife but still small enough to be light and agile - I love this knife - perfect for small and medium jobs - wipe it clean and then wipe with oil and you've a got a partner for years to come

I can't share!

I bought the Jonathan as a gift and it's actually way bigger than I thought it was. It's gorgeous to look at and so bloody sharp. Can't wait to buy myself one now!!

An honest chef review

For context, I bought this knife to use in the busy professional kitchen I work in for some of the more repetitive tasks I do. The knife itself isn’t the highest quality possible, it feels a little fragile and I would’ve preferred a bigger tang, but I’m giving 5 stars for the price point and sharpness out the box. For 85 bucks you can’t find a better deal on a well designed, decently sized, well balanced knife with extremely good sharpness out of the box. The thin blade makes it good for more delicate jobs such as slicing fish or meat, which really surprised me.
