Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping on orders over $299 to New Zealand.
• $9 on orders under $299.
• $5 on orders under $68
• $13 for up to 2kg to Australia. Over 2kg is $20.

Order processing times

After an order is placed, how many business days will it take to get it ready to ship? We try to have your items shipped within 1-3 working days. For engraving, We try to have your knife engraved and shipped with 7 working days.

Domestic and international shipping options

We are currently only shipping to New Zealand & Australia. For any other country please contact us at hello@cainandabel.co.nz

Local Pick Up

We offer local collection from our physical store. Address is 1/8 Ke Ahi Rise, Tauriko, Tauranga.

Due to variables outside of your control, orders may take longer to arrive. Please make your order with plenty of time to spare if it is for an event or gift as we can't promise same week delivery.
