Zion is a bold Deba knife built for cooks who want strength, sharpness, and standout style in one serious tool.

Zion is our take on the traditional Japanese Deba. A thick, powerful blade originally used for preparing fish, now reimagined for everything from breaking down chicken to chopping root veg with ease.
Its 16 cm blade is forged from thick hammered carbon steel, giving it serious weight, durability, and a striking finish that reflects the craftsmanship behind every knife. The hammered surface isn’t just for looks. It helps food slide off the blade and shows the time and skill it takes to make each one.
With a slightly curved edge for smooth chopping and a solid feel in the hand, Zion is built for cooks who like their tools strong, sharp, and ready for anything. It holds a fine edge and gets better with use.
Paired with a hardwood handle, Zion is where precision meets power. A knife that makes you feel in control of every cut.

Common Questions

What Is Carbon Steel?

Carbon steel is a type of metal made mostly from iron and a small amount of carbon. That carbon makes the steel harder, which means it can be sharpened to a very fine edge and stay sharp for longer. It's not stainless, so it can rust if left wet. With simple care, it lasts a long time and cuts really well. That’s why carbon steel is often used in high-quality knives.
