LOVE LOVE LOVE

The knife looks superb. Is light and beautifully balanced. It was razor sharp out of the box. Perfect for slicing vegetables as well as carving a roast. I love carbon steel and early indications suggest that this and the bunka knife purchased at the same time will be among my favourite chef's knives.
